Our Payment Plan Options
Level Pay
Make propane expenses easier to manage with our Budget Plan. We’ll estimate your annual propane usage and divide it into 11 equal monthly payments, giving you a consistent bill each month—even during peak heating season. You’ll enjoy peace of mind and avoid large, unexpected invoices.
- Payments start in August and run through June
- Available for both residential and commercial accounts
- Optional auto-pay enrollment so you never miss a payment
- Sign-up deadline: August 31st
Service work is billed separately and must be paid within 30 days. Budget payments cover fuel only.
Lock-In Pay
With Davenport Energy’s Lock-In Pay, you get price protection that helps you plan ahead with confidence. This plan allows you to lock in a fixed per-gallon price for your propane during the heating season, helping you avoid market fluctuations and unexpected increases.
- Available for both residential and commercial customers
- Runs from October 1 to April 30
- Fixed per-gallon price set at the time of enrollment
- Can be combined with our Level Pay for stable monthly payments
- Peace of mind knowing your price won’t rise, even if the market does
Minimum annual usage may apply. Early termination fees may apply if plan conditions are not met.
Automatic Payments
With Davenport Energy’s Automatic Payment option, managing your fuel bill has never been easier. When you enroll in auto-pay, your payment is securely and automatically processed each month, so you never have to worry about due dates, stamps, or late fees.

Will Call (Load-to-Load)
Prefer to pay for each delivery as it happens? Our Load-to-Load plan lets you do just that. Pay in full at the time of each delivery and keep control over your schedule and spending. You can also prepay for deliveries if that works better for your budget.
